How jiligm Protects Your Data

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by jiligm Casino ("jiligm," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all personal information collected through the jiligm platform accessible at jiligm.cam, including the website, account portal, customer support channels, and any related communications.

jiligm is operated under a PAGCOR license and is subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. To analyse aggregated and anonymised usage data for the purpose of improving the jiligm platform, personalising the game lobby, and developing new features that better serve Filipino players.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, jiligm relies on the following legal bases for the processing of your personal data:

jiligm does not sell your personal data to third parties. jiligm does not share your personal information with third-party marketers without your explicit consent. jiligm may share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the BSP, or any other competent Philippine authority, where jiligm is legally required to disclose;
• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency network providers — solely to the extent necessary to process your transactions;
• Game providers: jiligm's licensed game studio partners — solely to the extent required for game delivery, jackpot verification, and technical support;
• KYC and fraud prevention service providers: Third-party identity verification and fraud detection services engaged by jiligm under appropriate data processing agreements;

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your jiligm account and for a period of five (5) years following permanent account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine AML law;
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for the period required under PAGCOR licensing conditions, typically five (5) years after account closure;
• Self-exclusion records: Retained indefinitely to prevent re-registration during an exclusion period and to maintain the integrity of responsible gaming commitments;
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years following the closure of each support interaction, for dispute resolution purposes;
• Analytics data: Anonymised and aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it no longer constitutes personal data once anonymised.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jiligm will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its internal data disposal procedures.

jiligm implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jiligm's servers — the same standard used by Philippine banking institutions;
• Encryption of sensitive data fields at rest within jiligm's databases;
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for jiligm's internal administrative access to player data;
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments conducted by independent security specialists;
• Access controls limiting jiligm staff access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis, with full audit logging of all access events;
• Incident response procedures aligned with the NPC's data breach notification requirements under RA 10173.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jiligm:

• Right to access: You may request a copy of the personal data jiligm holds about your account by submitting a data access request to the jiligm DPO;
• Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by jiligm. You may update standard account details directly in your jiligm account settings;
• Right to erasure: Subject to jiligm's legal and regulatory retention obligations, you may request deletion of your personal data. Note that data subject to PAGCOR, AML, or court-ordered retention cannot be deleted prior to the expiry of the mandatory retention period;
• Right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time, without prejudice to processing required for regulatory compliance;
• Right to data portability: You may request a copy of the personal data you have provided to jiligm in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
• Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC) at privacy.gov.ph if you believe jiligm has not handled your personal data in accordance with RA 10173.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact jiligm's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 14. jiligm will respond to all valid data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days, in accordance with NPC guidelines.

jiligm Casino is strictly prohibited from collecting personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The jiligm platform is designed exclusively for adults aged 21 and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.

jiligm does not knowingly collect, store, or process the personal data of anyone under 21 years of age. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to individuals under the minimum age will be permanently closed. Any personal data inadvertently collected from an underage individual will be securely deleted upon discovery.

jiligm reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or jiligm's data processing practices. When material changes are made, jiligm will notify registered players via the contact details on their account or by posting a prominent notice on the jiligm platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
